Ingredients
Scale
Chicken
- 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, minced (to taste)
Marinade & Seasonings
- 1 stick butter (4 oz), melted
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Dry ranch seasoning (about 2 tbsp)
- Dill (1 tsp dried or fresh)
- Onion powder (1 tsp)
- Paprika (1 tsp)
- Garlic powder (1 tsp)
- Salt (½ tsp or to taste)
- Pepper (½ tsp or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and combine it with minced garlic, grated Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, dry ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss them in half of the prepared marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat Air Fryer and Assemble Skewers: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Thread the marinated chicken tenders onto skewers evenly, spacing them slightly to ensure even cooking.
- Cook the Skewers: Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for about 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking, brush the skewers with the remaining marinade to enhance moisture and flavor.
- Serve: Once cooked through with a golden exterior, remove the skewers from the air fryer and serve immediately. They make a delicious appetizer or satisfying main dish.
Notes
- For best results, use chicken thighs for juicier skewers, but breasts work well too.
- If wooden skewers are used, soak them in water for 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
- You can adjust the heat level by increasing or decreasing the hot sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side of ranch dressing or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer to maintain crispiness.
