Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Honey Butter Chicken: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in honey and let it caramelize slightly for 1–2 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Everything: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. Return chicken to the skillet and mix gently.
  5. Serve: Plate the pasta and top with extra Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
