Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat dry 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.   2. Sear the Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and sear them for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate to rest.
  3. Make the Sauce and Coat Chicken: Reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tbsp unsalted butter to the skillet and pour in the prepared honey-garlic sauce. Stir constantly and bring to a simmer, letting it thicken for 2-3 minutes. Return the chicken to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly.
