Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a clean mixing bowl, combine 170g of non-fat Greek yogurt with 30g of chocolate whey protein isolate and 5g of unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Mix to Mousse Consistency: Stir the mixture thoroughly using a silicone spatula until it achieves a smooth, homogenous chocolate mousse-like texture.
- Add Mix-ins: Fold in 10g of mini dark chocolate chips and 7g of crushed low-fat graham crackers into the base mixture, ensuring even distribution.
- Prepare Toppings: Level the surface of the chocolate protein mousse, then top with the remaining 8g of crushed graham crackers, additional chocolate chips, and 10g of mini marshmallows to create the s’mores effect.
- Heat to Toast Marshmallows: Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the mini marshmallows for about 15 seconds until golden and melted, or alternatively microwave the entire bowl for 20 seconds to achieve the characteristic warm, gooey s’mores texture.
