For the Lemonade:

  • 4 cups of water (divided)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel

For the Berry Blend:

  • 1 ½ cups frozen (thawed, triple berry blend)
  • 2 cups fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Berries: If using frozen berries, thaw them in a strainer over a bowl to capture the juice.
  2. Make the Lemonade Base: Boil 2 cups of water with sugar, then add lemon juice and peel. Cool the mixture.
  3. Blend the Berry Mixture: Combine 1 cup of the lemon mixture with the berries. Blend until smooth, strain, and discard seeds.
  4. Combine and Chill: Mix the berry puree with the remaining lemon mixture and water. Chill and serve over ice.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your preference.
