Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: Add black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
- Make the Cornmeal Mixture: Mix cornmeal, milk, and egg until smooth.
