Tortilla:
- 3 (12-inch)
Cheese:
- 12 slices thinly sliced
Ham:
- 12 slices thinly sliced
Greens:
- 2 cups baby arugula or spring greens, or a mix of both
Wrap Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- For the Wrap SauceCombine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
- For the WrapsLay a tortilla flat.
- Spread an even layer of sauce on the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space from the edge.
- Place a layer of cheese on top of the sauce.
- Place a layer of greens on top of the cheese.
- Place a layer of ham on top of the greens.
- Wrap tightly, tucking in any cheese, greens, or ham that get pushed out as you go.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Just before serving, slice about 1 1/2 inch thick.
