Marshmallow Mixture:

- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Fillings:

- 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional: extra mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Cook the rice: Prepare and cool the rice.
- Make the marshmallow mixture: Melt butter and mini marshmallows until smooth.
- Combine rice and marshmallow mixture: Mix the rice with the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Assemble the sushi: Spread rice on a nori sheet, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
- Roll the sushi: Roll the nori tightly, sealing the edge with water.
- Cut the roll: Slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Decorate: Drizzle melted chocolate over the sushi, and garnish with extra mini marshmallows.
Notes
- You can toast the sushi roll slightly with a kitchen torch for a campfire effect.
