Scale

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • ½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • zest of half a lemon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 16 large raw shrimp, chopped into ½” pieces
