For the Roll-Ups:

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sauce and Topping:

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, fill each noodle with the mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down.
  4. Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve: Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve.
