For the Roll-Ups:
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Sauce and Topping:
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, fill each noodle with the mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve.
