Zucchini Mixture:

  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Crust and Topping:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups salted butter, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare and Cook the Zucchini Filling

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel, de-seed, and cube the fresh zucchini. Cook zucchini and lemon juice in a pot until tender.
