- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coarse sugar
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare Baking Equipment and Ingredients – Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray loaf pan with baking spray.
- Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients – Mix zucchini, oil, eggs, sugars, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
