- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

Coffee Base:
- 1 cup brewed coffee (your favorite brand)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Shake:
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- whipped cream + pumpkin pie spice (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Prepare Milk Mixture: Heat milk in a saucepan until simmering. Transfer to a bowl.
- Mix Pumpkin Spice Blend: Add pumpkin, sugar, spice, coffee, and vanilla to the milk. Refrigerate until cold.
- Blend: Combine pumpkin mixture with ice cream and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve: Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and pumpkin spice.
