- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Pasta:
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season and Sear Steak: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat butter and olive oil. Sear steak until browned. Set aside.
- Sauté Garlic and Pepper Flakes: In the same pan, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in beef broth and cream. Simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Cook the Pasta: Add fettuccine to the sauce. Simmer until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens.
- Combine and Heat Through: Return steak to the pan. Stir and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley. Serve hot.
