- 2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 4 medium bananas)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Incorporate Bananas: Stir in mashed bananas until combined.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
