- ½ cup heavy cream

- 1 ½ cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup apricot preserves or peach jam
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, extracts, sour cream, and heavy cream. Pour over crust.
