For Potatoes:
- 4 medium/large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
For Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
- 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning (half a packet)
- 2 TBSP butter
- Pepperoncinis or banana peppers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in an air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- Cook Chicken: Cube the chicken and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
- Combine Ingredients: Once the chicken and potatoes are cooked, add the potatoes to the skillet with the chicken. Mix well.
- Finish and Serve: Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil in the oven briefly to melt the cheese. Alternatively, cover with a lid and let sit on the stove until cheese melts. Enjoy!
