Pie Crust:
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
Filling:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Nonstick spray or melted butter (for greasing)
- 6 small aluminum muffin tins or ramekins
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles larger than your muffin tin openings.
- Prepare Crust: Press dough circles into greased tins, forming a cup shape.
- Add Sauce: Add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of pizza sauce to each crust.
- Add Fillings: Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder. Add more cheese and toppings if space allows.
- Cover Pies: Cut smaller dough circles and cover each pie, sealing edges with a fork.
- Egg Wash: Brush with egg wash and sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
