- Knead Dough: Transfer dough to floured surface, fold, and let rise again (~1-1½ hours).
- Add Jalapeños and Cheese: Fold jalapeños and cheese into dough.
- Shape Dough: Shape dough into a ball and let rest.
- Prepare Toppings: Slice jalapeños and prepare shredded cheese.
- Final Assembly: Score dough, add toppings, and transfer to preheated Dutch oven.
- Bake: Bake covered, then uncovered, until golden brown (~55 minutes).
- Cool: Allow bread to cool before slicing.
