  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups plain all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Butterscotch Chips:

  • 11 oz butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish

    Preheat your oven to 350 °F (177 °C). While the oven is preheating, prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.

  2. Cream the Butter and Sugars

    In a bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar and white sugar, beat until fluffy.

  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla Extract

    Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
