Soup Mixture:
- 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Topping:
- 1/2 cup French’s fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a lightly greased cast iron skillet, cook the ground beef, breaking it up and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Layer Potatoes: Arrange the sliced potatoes over the ground beef.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle the grated cheese over the potatoes.
- Prepare Soup Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, milk, all-purpose seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Add Soup Mixture: Spoon the soup mixture over the cheese layer.
