Tortilla:

  • 4 large burrito-sized tortillas

Chicken:

  • 1012 high-quality frozen chicken tenders

Cheese:

  • 8 slices of thin provolone cheese

Salad:

  • 23 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 small cubed cucumber

Additional:

  • Dill pickle slices
  • Chopped scallions
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add more sriracha for a spicier kick if desired.
  2. Cook the Chicken Tenders: Cook the chicken tenders according to package instructions. For Real Good Foods lightly breaded chicken strips, air-fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Salad: Combine lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers in a bowl. Add half of the dressing and toss until well coated.
  4. Assemble the Wrap: Spread honey mustard dressing on a tortilla. Layer cheese, bacon, salad, chicken, pickles, and green onions. Drizzle more dressing. Fold and roll tightly.
  5. Toast the Wrap: Heat olive oil in a pan. Toast the wrap seam side down for 30-60 seconds on each side until golden brown and crispy.
