Tortilla:
- 4 large burrito-sized tortillas
Chicken:
- 10–12 high-quality frozen chicken tenders
Cheese:
- 8 slices of thin provolone cheese
Salad:
- 2–3 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 small cubed cucumber
Additional:
- Dill pickle slices
- Chopped scallions
- 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add more sriracha for a spicier kick if desired.
- Cook the Chicken Tenders: Cook the chicken tenders according to package instructions. For Real Good Foods lightly breaded chicken strips, air-fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Set aside.
- Assemble the Salad: Combine lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers in a bowl. Add half of the dressing and toss until well coated.
- Assemble the Wrap: Spread honey mustard dressing on a tortilla. Layer cheese, bacon, salad, chicken, pickles, and green onions. Drizzle more dressing. Fold and roll tightly.
- Toast the Wrap: Heat olive oil in a pan. Toast the wrap seam side down for 30-60 seconds on each side until golden brown and crispy.
