For the Steak Bites:
- 2 Strip Steaks
- Montreal Steak Seasoning (to taste)
For the Crispy Smashed Potatoes:
- 24 oz baby potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Boil and Smash Potatoes: Boil baby potatoes until fork-tender. Smash them on a griddle with oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Flip until crispy.
- Sear Steak Bites: Cut strip steak into cubes and season with steak seasoning. Cook on the griddle.
- Make Garlic Butter: Turn off heat, add butter and minced garlic to the griddle with cooked steak. Stir.
- Serve: Top crispy potatoes with cheddar cheese and green onions. Enjoy!
