- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
For Ramen Noodles:
- 1 and 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 (3 ounces) packages instant ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat until garlic is lightly golden.
- Cook Ramen Noodles: Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a gentle boil. Add ramen noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid evaporates.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter and parsley. Enjoy hot!
