Bars:
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry mix to wet mix, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in zucchini: Gently fold in grated zucchini.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan, bake for 25-30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool bars: Let bars cool in the pan on a wire rack.
- Prepare frosting: Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Frost bars: Spread frosting over cooled bars.
