Olive Oil Mixture:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon dried onion bits
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Italian herb mix
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Bread Layers:
- 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 package (5 ounces) mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Bundt Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease Bundt pan.
- Create the Olive Oil Mixture: Combine olive oil, butter, onion bits, garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper, and parsley in a bowl. Microwave to melt butter.
- Prepare the Dough and Pan Filling: Cut biscuits and pizza dough. Layer a third of pepperoni and Parmesan in pan.
- Assemble the Bread Layers: Toss dough in olive oil mixture. Layer half in pan with pepperoni, Parmesan, marinara, and mozzarella.
- Complete the Assembly: Add remaining dough, marinara, pepperoni, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
- Bake and Serve: Bake for 40 minutes until golden. Cool, then carefully invert onto a plate. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce.
