Fruit:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 orange, peeled and quartered
Additional:
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, optional
Instructions
- Roughly chop the banana and orange quarters, then add to a blender. Combine the fruits in the blender.
- Add yogurt and water (or milk). Pour in the Greek yogurt and liquid of choice.
- Turn the blender on and blend until creamy and smooth. Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
- Taste, and then adjust with honey if needed. Sweeten with honey to taste, if desired.
Notes
- You can customize this smoothie by adding a handful of spinach for extra nutrients.
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana slices.
