  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about ¼ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, coat with breadcrumbs.

  5. Brown chicken rolls in butter and olive oil, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
